A fun wedding in Val du Scherbach

When I first met Charlotte and Pit to discuss about their wedding pictures,
they told me straight away “we want a cool wedding with all our guests wearing Vans shoes !”.

As you will see on the pictures, some guests were very serious about the dress code and even customized their shoes 😉

I am fond of the groom’s cufflinks and the bride’s spanish style dress.

The couple preparation and the civil wedding took place in Luxembourg.

Afterwards we reached the Val the Scherbach venue in Belgium for the wedding party.

As a wedding photographer, I love discovering traditions.
Here, the newly weds cut a log together.
It represents the first obstacle to overcome in their new life as husband and wife,
proving they can face any difficult situation that might appear during their marriage
(I confess I had to check on www.mariage.com to explain this !).
