On their wedding day, Emilie and Antony wanted to fully enjoy their time with their family and friends.
So we took only a very short time to take a few wedding couple portraits on that day.
We already had planned a Day After Session to create beautiful couple pictures.
I love day after wedding sessions because we have more time to dedicate to couple portraits.
We are relaxed, not looking at the watch and thinking about the wedding planning.
We can also go to different places, sometimes far away from the wedding reception venue.
Last but not least we fully manage the time schedule, and I love sunsets !
With those two newly weds, I knew the photo session would be fun.
We went to the forest near their home, where they often go walking or biking with their children.
We had the surprise to find a dead tree in the middle of the road leading to the clearing we were aiming at.
So we all finished by foot.
The bride was walking in the mud with their nice repetto heels.
Luckily she was fully into the “Trash the dress” concept : later on she also rolled in the grass with her wedding dress !
On my side, I was looking at the sun going down and praying to have some light left when reaching the place…
Eventually everything went perfect !
The place was really beautiful and I love the outcome of the session.
After the forest we found some nice fields to take pictures at the sunset.
